MINH TRAN

Consultant Pharmacist

Minh graduated from the University of Sydney in 2006 with First Class Honours. She worked in Community Pharmacy till 2014. She has been accredited as a Consultant Pharmacist to do Home Medicines Reviews since 2009 by the AACP.

Minh has been teaching at the University of Sydney with the Faculty of Pharmacy since 2011. Minh's current roles include facilitating and assessing Pharmacy Interns' integration into the professional workforce and Dispensing demonstrator for fourth year pharmacy students. Minh is involved in the design of teaching materials for the Master of Pharmacy students and the presentation of these materials.

Minh thrives on supporting pharmacists and health care professionals to be the best they can and to provide timely quality healthcare services for the benefit of the greater community. She is committed to ensuring health care is delivered safely with quality outcomes for all patients. Minh strongly believes in continual professional education and providing tailored advice to individual patients.

Outside of work Minh enjoys spending quality family time with her little princess and gardening to relax.

SEAN TAN

Consultant Pharmacist

Sean Tan graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons) degree in 2008. She undertook her internship in Moruya where she worked in both a hospital and community pharmacy in Moruya, before relocating to Sydney in 2010.

In 2013 Sean was accredited by the Australian Association of Consultant Pharmacy (AACP), and has since conducted HMRs for patients throughout the Inner West and South Sydney. She currently divides her time between working in a community pharmacy and conducting medication reviews.
