Existing Patients:
Standard Appointments:
Face-To-Face: 15 minutes (can be booked online)
Telehealth: 15 minutes (can be booked online)
Long Appointments:
Face-To-Face: 30 minutes (can be booked online)
Telehealth: 30 minutes (can be booked online)
New Patient Appointments are long appointments (30 minutes).
Please phone the practice if you have complex issues or several problems to discuss that may require more time than a standard consult.
This includes:
Childhood Immunisations
Travel Vaccines
Ear Syringe
Pap Smears
Driving Medicals
Other Medicals requiring paperwork or forms to be completed.
Do you have any cold and flu symptoms?
Anyone with cold and flu symptoms must have a negative rapid antigen test on the day, prior to entering the practice.
We do ask patients who have cold, flu symptoms to book a telehealth consultation.
Masks are recommended
Whilst masks are no longer mandatory in many settings, mask-wearing continues to be recommended in general practices. Wearing a mask will help protect people at higher risk from severe illness.
If you are visiting our practice and have forgotten to bring a mask, but would like to wear one, speak to our reception staff who can provide you with a free mask.
Masks SHOULD NOT be worn by toddlers under 2 years of age and babies, as they are a choking and suffocation risk.
Zero Tolerance Policy
The Practice takes it very seriously if a member of staff is treated in an abusive or violent way.
We have a ZERO TOLERANCE approach towards any verbal, aggressive and violent abuse and behaviour towards our Receptionists, Doctors, Nursing team or other patients.
